Shipping Policy

Stoffer Home Cabinetry ships and delivers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

​

Cabinetry delivery is considered "tailgate". Our driver will bring each cabinet to the end of the truck, unwrap it, and hand it over to someone from your team to carry inside. We recommend having 2-3 able-bodied people on-site to facilitate. Stoffer Home Cabinetry is not liable for removing any cabinetry from the delivery vehicle. Vanities are crated and delivered to your driveway via a commercial freight truck.

Shipping is available in the continental United States only. We currently do not ship outside of the continental United States.

Vanity shipping and handling is determined by final destination: Eastern & Central timezones: $350 | Mountain & Pacific timezones: $550

Return Policy

Cabinetry Samples
Cabinetry Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable. If damages occur in shipping please email contact@stofferhomecabinetry.com.

Cabinetry
All Stoffer Home Cabinetry pieces are built to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Vanities
All vanities are built to order. Please note that Stoffer Home Cabinetry does not accept vanity cancellations after 72 hours of the order being placed. If you have any questions please reach out to contact@stofferhomecabinetry.com.

Warranty

Stoffer Home Cabinetry hereby warrants to the original purchaser, for residential applications only, that all cabinets and accessories, hinges and all drawers, including system hardware, are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty runs for 5 years and begins upon the date of delivery to you. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of Stoffer Home Cabinetry and does not include labor for removal or replacement. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modifications, exposure to the elements including humidity which may result in warping or splitting, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence.

  • What sets your cabinetry apart from semi-custom cabinetry lines?
    Our flush inset cabinetry is custom-made to order with high-quality craftsmanship. Each piece is made with care and precision. We use only the best materials so you can feel confident that your cabinets will look just like the ones you see in these images! Beautifully designed cabinets require designers to put the whole look together. An integral part of Stoffer Home Cabinetry is our trained designers, who will get the very best out of your space, both functionally and aesthetically. Because you get to work with a designer, you will receive expert advice on your cabinet layout and great customer service. Take a look at our online Lookbook or browse the "Our Lines" tab in the main website navigation to get more familiar with our lines.
  • Where is your cabinetry made?
    Our cabinetry is proudly made right here in the United States!
  • How long does the process take from beginning to end?
    As soon as you sign on as a client, an intake call with our design team will be scheduled. Our design services are very popular and there will likely be a few weeks wait to schedule your design intake call. After your intake phone call, the design team will provide you with your custom kitchen designs in 10-12 business days. Once your final design is approved and paid for in full, your kitchen designer will place your order with our cabinetry workshop. Our manufacturing lead time is approximately 12-16 weeks.
  • Do you come onsite to measure my space?
    No, we rely on you for the dimensions. We recommend working with your installer or general contractor on this to get the most accurate measurements.
  • Do you come onsite to install?
    No, the cabinets are delivered right to your driveway and from there the contractor or installer will take over. The installer will be provided with detailed installation drawings and notes.
  • What is the vanity lead time?
    Each vanity is made to order and built by hand in the USA. Manufacturing takes approximately 10-12 weeks plus 3-8 business days for shipping and curbside delivery.
  • What is the freestanding piece lead time?
    Each freestanding piece is made to order and built by hand in the USA. Manufacturing takes approximately 10-12 weeks plus 3-8 business days for shipping and curbside delivery.
  • Do you ship nationally? Internationally?
    We ship our cabinetry and vanities within the continental United States. At this time, we are not able to ship our products internationally.
  • What does your quote estimate look like?
    Please take a look at our Process page where it outlines the entire process in detail.
  • How long is my estimate good for?
    Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
  • Can you send me a pricing sheet or do you have a pricing guide?
    We do not offer a piece-by-piece pricing guide, but we are happy to provide a complimentary estimate based on the floor plan of your space. Please submit an inquiry for a cabinetry estimate here.
  • Can you provide cabinetry for our mudroom or other rooms in the home?
    Yes! Our kitchen designers are able to use our cabinetry to create functional mudrooms, laundry rooms, pantries, bookcases, bars, and more. We also offer 5 different bathroom vanities in our vanity collection found here.
  • Will the cabinetry come pre-drilled for hardware?
    No, our cabinets do not come pre-drilled for hardware. That can be done on-site by the installer to allow you to select whatever hardware you would like.
  • How do I get the hardware I see in your photos?
    We sell the beautiful hardware you see in our photos at Stoffer Home. Click here to view the hardware collection.
  • Can I get custom panels for my appliances?
    Yes, we offer custom panels for any appliances that you might be using in your space. We will just need your appliance specifications from you.
  • Do you offer open shelving?
    Yes, we offer open shelving for our walls or tall cabinets.
  • Do you sell your paint in cans?
    Unfortunately, we do not sell our paint colors in cans. Our exclusive colors are only available to the Stoffer Home Cabinetry and vanity line.
  • Do you have an option for custom colors?
    We do not offer custom colors for our Classic or Townhouse lines as we believe our carefully curated color and stain collection provides a wide variety of timeless colors to choose from. However, we do offer custom color formulation as a part of our Black Label Collection.
  • Can I buy a cabinetry sample?
    Yes! Once you narrow down your color selections, we encourage you to purchase samples to see how they look in your space. To purchase a sample visit our Cabinetry Samples page.
  • How are my cabinets delivered?
    Stoffer Home Cabinetry is manufactured in the central Midwest. You will be notified in advance to schedule your delivery. When your order is complete, each piece is blanket-wrapped and loaded onto our shipper’s truck. We deliver directly to you. Upon arrival each piece is brought to the end of the truck, the blankets are removed, then each piece is inspected and handed to your crew to carry into your home.
